The Process
The creation of our UVC Sanitizer was a systematic and well-thought-out process, beginning with the conceptualization of an innovative solution to a widespread problem, moving through the stages of design, development, compliance, and production planning. Each step was taken with the utmost diligence and with a focus on efficiency, safety, and user-friendliness. We ensured our product not only met but exceeded regulatory standards. The journey culminated in a carefully strategized marketing campaign and product launch, introducing a game-changing solution to help people effectively and efficiently manage their sanitization needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
01.
Conceptualization
Inspired by everyday appliances like the microwave and washing machine, we envisioned a product that could bring simplicity and efficiency to sanitization. We aimed to create a device that could sanitize objects in a minute, similar to how a microwave heats food quickly and uniformly. We also drew from the auto-timer concept in washing machines, which signals the end of a cleaning cycle, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
02.
Design & Development
Our design process began with sketching out a functional and user-friendly interface. Key features included a secure chamber to house the items for sanitization and a timer system to regulate the process. We then progressed to building a prototype, which underwent numerous iterations to refine functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
03.
Compliance
To ensure safety and effectiveness, our product underwent rigorous testing to meet established standards. We worked closely with the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and Punjab University for validation. This ensured our device was not only effective in killing pathogens but also safe for users and compliant with health regulations.
04.
Production Planning
Once the design was finalized and compliance achieved, we proceeded to production planning. We collaborated with reliable manufacturers to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Careful consideration was given to factors such as scalability, production costs, quality control, and timeline to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to mass production.
05.
Marketing Strategy
Understanding our target customers’ pain points and desires guided our marketing strategy. We focused on communicating the benefits of our product—speed, simplicity, and effectiveness—in a clear, compelling manner. Our marketing campaign utilized various channels like social media, press releases, and influencer partnerships to reach our audience.
06.
Launch
The launch phase was about introducing our UVC Sanitizer to the market. We planned a staged rollout, initially introducing the product to a select group for further feedback and iteration, before a full market release. The launch was accompanied by a comprehensive publicity campaign to build awareness and excitement around our solution to the pressing sanitization problem.
07.
Feedback
This process was followed, almost similarly to launch 7 different UVC Sanitization Solutions over a period of 6 months. Each product was developed based on feedback from our Clients and Customers. We also built some custom solutions based on specific requests from some industries and businesses
